We are known for our turn-around time and speed in preparing title deeds, transfer duty declarations, FICA compliance affidavits, and in bringing about financial compliance with each transaction. We pride ourselves in having been selected to operate our own Nedbank Corporate Saver platform, which enables us to place purchaser deposits in interest-bearing call accounts, meeting the criteria set out in Section 86(4) of the Legal Practice Act, and to issue bank guarantees as approved and authorised agents of the bank.
