Our services in this sphere of practice include the negotiation and drafting of all commercial agreements, ranging from partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, memoranda of incorporations for companies, agreements of sale (in respect of both movables and immovables), loan agreements, finance agreements, notarial agreements, acknowledgements of debt, joint ventures, tenders, and terms of trade.

This field of practice has enabled us to appear before the special Competitions Tribunal (established under the Competitions Act), and to undertake the most complex of corporate litigation involving delicate aspects of company law.
